Milton Keynes Platters - Terms and Conditions

By using our services or buying our products you agree to the following terms and conditions presented on this page. Any changes to our terms and conditions will be updated here.

  1. These are the terms and conditions of service between Milton Keynes Platters and the client.
    Milton Keynes Platters reserves the right to amend or waive any terms and conditions for specific bookings and will notify the client in writing.
  2. Please Talk to a member of staff or email to asked about Allergies as Milton Keynes Platters can not be held responsible if not discussed at time of ordering
  3. We require all first orders from any new client / company to be settled in advance by BACS transfer or Cash. Following successful completion of your first order, we will be happy to set up a credit account.
  4. Any cancellation made by the client must be notified to Milton Keynes Platters within 24 hours of delivery or the full service charge will apply

    All Clients which hold a credit account with Milton Keynes Platters where the value is above £1000.00 per month would need to give Milton Keynes Platters 90 days Notice of cancellation of services.
  5. All Platters will need to be ordered with a 24 to 72 hour notice depending on size please email us for info info@miltonkeynesplatters.co.uk
  6. The Client must confirm all orders and amendments in Email info@miltonkeynesplatters.co.uk.

    All menus confirmed when ordering are subject to availability.

    Catering quotes are valid for 4 weeks
  7. In the unfortunate instance that you may have a complaint relating to our service or food, this would need to be sent to us in writing within 12 hours of the order Please retain any food items which have not met your expectations,
  8. Milton Keynes Platters is not liable for any failure to provide any services due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including, We will however keep the customer informed on any estimated late arrival of goods and services.
  9. We ask that you please keep the platter trays for collection, or arrange delivery back to us.
